Originally from El Dorado, AR. He attended college in Arkadelphia at Henderson State University and received a Bachelors of Science in Aviation. He also earned his Private, Instrument, and Commercial through the aviation department in Arkadelphia. Matt earned his CFI and CFII rating with us at SkyVenture Aviation, Inc. and is currently working on his MEI. Matt has been instructing with us since 2007. Originally from Walnut Ridge, AR. Houston attended college at Arkansas State University and received a Bachelors of Science in Business Management with Honors. Houston came to SkyVenture Aviation, Inc. in 2004 to start his flying career. He earn his Private, Instrument, Commercial, CFI, CFII and MEI from SkyVenture Aviation. Adam Jones
Originally from Fayetteville, AR. Adam is attending the University of Arkansas pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Business. Adam received his Private, Instrument, Commercial, and CFI from SkyVenture Aviation and has been instructing since February of 2008 and is currently working on his CFII. Craig Young
Craig was born in New York City and raised in the Bronx, and on a farm in North Carolina. Craig is a graduate of Averett University in Danville, Virginia. Craig retired from an international career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a senior engineering project manager and federally appointed U.S. contracting officer. He subsequently retired as an IT consultant to the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. Craig holds Commercial ASEL/AMEL, CFI, and AGI certificates. Craig has been a pilot for 19 years, a CFI for 12 years and has been an aircraft owner for 17 years. Craig currently owns a Cessna Cardinal RG. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Arkansas Air Museum, Fayetteville, AR. Craig has been with us at Drake Field in Fayetteville, since December 2007.
